Rental Information

Here's everything you need to know about renting equipment from Visual Ascent Studios:

• Rental Period: Equipment can be rented on a daily or weekly basis. Longer rental periods may be available upon request.
• Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended to ensure availability. Please contact us at [email protected] or call (206) 555-2424 to make a reservation.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of pickup. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount of the security deposit will vary depending on the equipment being rented.
• Insurance: Renters are responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment. We recommend that renters have their own insurance coverage. We also offer a damage waiver for a small fee.
• Pickup and Return: Equipment must be picked up and returned during our business hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
• Late Returns: Late returns will be subject to a late fee.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Condition of Equipment: All equipment must be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of pickup.
• Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be applied if the equipment is returned excessively dirty.
